Processing time
Orders are processed within [1–3] business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Shipping rates and delivery times
Germany: Standard shipping is free on all orders.
European Union: We ship to all 26 other EU member states.
- Orders from €0.01 to €99.99: Standard shipping and handling €4.95
- Orders of €100 or more: Standard shipping and handling €7.95
International: We ship to selected countries outside the EU, including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, the United States, and Canada. International insured shipping and handling is €9.95.
Delivery times: Standard delivery to Germany typically takes [3–5] business days, and delivery to other EU countries typically takes [5–8] business days. International orders typically take [5–10] business days. Delivery times are estimates and begin on the day your order ships, not the day you place it.
Customs and import duties (orders outside the EU)
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and other charges may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges.
Split deliveries
If your order contains items from different suppliers, your items may arrive in separate shipments at no additional cost to you.
